ABOUT US

Cult Pilates is a new boutique reformer Pilates studio based in Loughton, Essex. Our small group classes of 8 are run by experienced instructors on a daily basis. We ensure everybody is seen, heard and correctly instructed throughout the 50 minute session. Our mantra is to create a sense of community and empower all of our clients of all abilities.

 

Cult Pilates use reformer Pilates machines that will add resistance and movement to your training. Our state of the art reformer machines will ensure a smooth and safe workout. We also use other accessories and equipment to add variety to each session. Our sessions are designed for all abilities, ages (from 16+) and genders so we encourage everybody to join us!

Deniz Kadri

Owner/Head Trainer

With over 9 years of experience within the fitness industry, Deniz is extremely passionate about the importance of movement for anyone at any stage of their life. As an instructor her purpose is to motivate and support all her clients at any level. Through working with a wide array of individuals over the years, she brings great knowledge to all her sessions as well as a fun, up-beat energy that will leave you wanting more. Her aim at Cult Pilates is to create a sense of community. Deniz will consistently find new ways to challenge her clients and guarantee amazing results both mentally and physically. Deniz also specializes in pre- and post-natal exercise and loves to positively impact women along their journey.

Fran Bradford

Trainer

Fran has been driven by mental and physical well-being from a young age and has enjoyed 7 years of her career so far within the fitness industry. Some of my few specialities are being pre&post-natal qualified and a background in dance, reformer Pilates, personal training and body-building. Her passion is reflected in her client's as they transform into the best version of themselves.

Olitta O'Garro

Trainer

Olitta has been a personal trainer for 10 years and a reformer Pilates instructor for 8 years. She is committed to helping clients become stronger and confident with moving their body. As a newly qualified physiotherapist she is keen to provide knowledge and education to clients regarding the management of their condition/injury whilst making classes fun with a challenge.

Danai Pappa

A little about me: I come from a dance background and trained with Body Control Pilates ten years ago. Since then I qualified in pre/post natal pilates, pilates with hypermobility, osteoporosis and low back pain. I am also Back4Good practitioner. I am extremely passionate about precision and love to prioritises individualised attention even in a group environment!

Harjit Johal

Hi, I'm Harj, a mother of two teenagers who pivoted from a 25-year corporate career to pursue a more fulfilling path in health and fitness. My goal is to share my passion for fitness and help others transform their lives for the better. I am certified in dynamic reformer Pilates and a strength and conditioning personal trainer. To me, fitness is not just about running miles or lifting weights. It encompasses mobility, stability, proper form, breathing techniques, nutrition, hydration, and sufficient sleep. I focus on a holistic approach to fitness, ensuring that all aspects of a healthy lifestyle are addressed. If you're dedicated to your mental and physical wellbeing, I'm here to guide you in achieving your fitness goals, discovering the full potential of your body.
